Setting up and Accessing Custom/Dynamic Reports in Zeta HRMS

This explains how to create, access, and export custom reports in both the Core HR and Payroll modules.

Creating Custom Reports (Core HR)

  1. Navigate to Core HR → Settings → Custom Report Settings.

  2. Click New to create a custom report.

  3. Select the fields required for your report.

  4. Provide a report name.

  5. Optionally, add or remove fields as needed to customize the report.

  6. Click Save to create the report.

This allows HR to generate reports tailored to specific employee data requirements.


Accessing Custom Reports (Core HR)

  1. Navigate to Core HR → Reports → Custom Report.

  2. Select the employees and report name from the available options.

  3. Click View to generate the report.

  4. Export the report to Excel or PDF if needed.


Creating Payroll Data Reports (Payroll Module)

  1. Navigate to Payroll → Settings → Dynamic Report.

  2. Select the fields required for the payroll report.

  3. Enter a report name.

  4. Optionally, add or remove fields to customize the report.

  5. Click Save to create the report.

This enables generation of detailed payroll data reports based on specific requirements.


Accessing Payroll Data Reports (Payroll Module)

  1. Navigate to Payroll → Reports → Dynamic Payroll Report.

  2. Select the employees and report name from the available options.

  3. Click View to generate the report.

  4. Export the report to Excel or PDF as required.


Outcome:

  • Core HR and Payroll reports can be created and customized as per organizational requirements.

  • Reports can be easily accessed, filtered, and exported for record-keeping, analysis, or audits.
